It includes nutrients such as bilberry, lutein and zeaxanthin to support healthy vision.4,5 Vitamin A is also essential for eye health—particularly the surface linings of the eye—and we provide the nutrient in two forms for balance.6
For optimal benefit, the Ray & Terry Total Eye Supplement has been designed to be used with Ray & Terry Total Care Daily Multi-Vitamin/ Mineral Formula with Antioxidants and Ray & Terry's EPA/DHA Marine Lipid Complex. By combining these formulations, all nutrients are brought to optimal levels without exceeding dosages. Very often when different supplements are combined, you end up getting too much of some nutrients and too little of others. The Ray & Terry Total Eye, Total Care and EPA/ DHA supplements have been carefully designed to fit together so that precise amounts of all nutrients are obtained without getting too much or too little of any one.
Dosage: One to two capsules twice daily.

CAUTION: Do not exceed recommended dose. Avoid in patients at risk of bleeding, taking anticoagulants, or with clotting disorders, based on case reports of bleeding. Discontinue use 2-3 weeks prior to some surgical and dental procedures due to increased risk of bleeding. Avoid taking this product in conjunction with other dietary supplements which contain high levels of elemental chromium. Use cautiously in patients with history of seizure, based on reports of seizure due to Ginkgo seed ingestion. Use cautiously in children. Avoid use in couples who are trying to conceive, based on theoretical reduction of fertility. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
