Whipped Strawberry Banana MousseThis mousse is creamy and light, but it falls quickly and should be served immediately for best results. Try experimenting with other fruits. If you do not use a high-water-content fruit (such as strawberries), then you will need to add some liquid (such as water, fruit juice, or skim milk).

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 4 ice cubes, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons nonfat milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa (optional)
In a food processor, combine the banana, strawberries, ice, milk powder, and cocoa (if using) and process for a few minutes until smooth. Serve immediately.
