Q. Should I take Ray & Terry's supplements with meals?

A. All of Ray & Terry's supplements are designed to work equally well when taken with or without food. If you have a sensitive stomach, you may wish to take yours with food.

Q. Does research suggest that I should spread out my doses of different antioxidants, or do they absorb fully and work independently enough for this not to be a consideration?

A. Ray Kurzweil writes, "I take mine throughout the day - some prior to breakfast, then most of them gradually through the day with green tea as I'm doing my work, even at meetings. Then I take some prior to dinner, and some in the evening."
