Patriotic Smoothie
Ingredients(organic preferred):
1 packet (2 scoops) Supreme Vanilla Nutritional Supplement Shake
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh blueberries
8 oz unsweetened soy milk
Directions:
In blender, combine soy milk and shake mix. Blend slightly. Add fruit and blend completely until shake is frothy and fruit is desired consistency. Pour into tall glass. Garnish with fruit and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
Chocolate Mint Frosty
Ingredients(organic preferred):
2 packets (4 scoops) Supreme Chocolate Nutritional Supplement Shake
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
16 oz unsweetened soy milk
2 cups ice
Directions:
Tear mint leaves into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in blender. Mix completely until shake is frothy and ice is crushed. Pour into decorative glasses to serve. Makes 2 servings.
Also tasty with vanilla shake mix.
Smooth and Fruity

1 banana
1 cup fresh blueberries
16 oz unsweetened soy milk
2 cups ice
Directions:
In blender, combine soy milk, shake mix, and ice. Blend slightly to crush ice. Add fruit and blend completely until shake is frothy and fruit is desired consistency. Pour into glasses and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
Peach Delight
Ingredients (organic preferred):1 packet (2 scoops) Supreme Vanilla Nutritional Supplement Shake
1 peach
8 oz unsweetened soy milk
Directions:
Cut peach, including skin, into chunks. In blender, combine soy milk and shake mix. Blend slightly. Add peach chunks and blend completely until shake has desired consistency. Pour and enjoy. Makes 1 serving. Try adding ice for a cool summer treat!
Chocolate Cherry
Ingredients(organic preferred):
1 packet (2 scoops) Supreme Chocolate Nutritional Supplement Shake
1 cup fresh pitted cherries
8 oz unsweetened soy milk
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender. Mix to desired consistency. Pour into glass and serve. Makes 1 serving.
Triple Berry Cooler
Ingredients (organic preferred):

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh raspberries

1-2 cups ice
Directions:
Hull and slice strawberries into halves. Combine soy milk, shake mix, and ice in blender. Pulse to crush ice. Add fruit and blend completely to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
Antioxidant Blast

Quinoa and Cocoa
Ingredients (organic preferred):

½ medium-sized banana
8 oz unsweetened soy milk
1-2 tsp quinoa
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender. Mix until shake is frothy and fruit is
desired consistency. Makes 1 serving. The quinoa adds texture and amino acids (as a complete protein).
Pina Colada Shake
Ingredients:
1 packet (2 scoops) Ray & Terry's™ Supreme Vanilla Nutritional Shake Mix
1 inch of banana (or try 1oz coconut juice in place of banana)
½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup water
Directions:
In blender, combine water, pineapple and banana (or coconut juice) and blend. During mixing, add two scoops of vanilla Shake Mix.
All ingredients must be fresh. If using coconut juice, draining it directly from the coconut will yield best results.

Cool as a Cucumber Health Shake
Ingredients:
1 packet (2 scoops) Ray & Terry's™ Supreme Vanilla Nutritional Shake Mix
½ peeled cucumber
½ bunch fresh mint
¾ cup water
Directions:
In blender, combine water, cucumber and mint and blend. During mixing, add two scoops of vanilla Shake Mix. For best results, use very cold water and blend extra well.
